The Players

Here we have Stephi holding Leland who belongs to Abby while Jill is holding Katie. Leland and Katie are the same age. I met Stephi at the J many moons ago, we shared a mutual hatred of our job. I met Jill through Stephi who met her at breastfeeding support group. We had a huge play date Thursday at Broadripple park. There were 6 mom and 10 kids! We were like our own cooperative preschool. I love how we are all friends with kids, interconnected through other friends with kids, parenting our own way, and loving everyone else's child in between. This is Beau. He is Leland's brother and Abby's oldest.

Here is miss Auden Grace. Auden belongs to Ashley and Gabe. I've known Ashley since grade 9! She is one of my dearest and bestest friends. I met Gabe in grad school at IU. I introduced him to Ashley. The rest is history. (stolen pic)

Kaliena age 2. Daughter of the fabulous Amy whom I have just met through Abby and who I adore. She has the quiet calm of a former peace corps worker, which come to find out she was one!
