Right now we are rocking out to the Glee soundtrack. Lucas is playing on the floor with his cars while Julia is in her exersaucer having a blast. She is so much fun right now. She talks and coos and plays and loves to watch mister mister go wild. I took Luc to rehearsal with me on Friday. He watched and danced for four straight hours. He asked lots of questions too, like, "who is god saving mama?" (during God Save the People), and "which one is the bad guy?" He is full of funny questions these days. They all start with a long sooooooooooooooo lead in, like this:
soooooooooooooo
how do crickets protect themselves?
how do horses sleep?
how do ducks take baths?
how do chickens cry for help?
O life.

The play, God's Ear, they did at BSU, and the little girl in the show asks questions like that. Oh, Lucas is destined to be an actor I feel.
How DO crickets protect themselves? Especially from homeowners who are sick of them? :)
Thanks for your comment re: autism and sleeping. You're right, of course. In so many ways, he is just a four year old boy and not a four year old boy *with autism*. I have a hard time remembering that! :)
