We made the leap to gdiapers this week and so far so good. I wanted to do cloth diapering with Julia, and I do some of the time, but we end up using a lot of water in this process and still using disposables as well. The gdiapers are a nice compromise and so far they really deliver. She even slept in one last night and woke up with the outer cover dry. We don't flush the liners since our pipes are old, but I do when we are in public and the toilets are high-powered and they go right down like toilet paper. We toss ours and they biodegrade within 50 days. Pretty cool.

that's awesome, carrie! we cloth diapered annika until last year, until we switched to nature babycare disposables. have you tried those? (you can get them at diapers dot com)...they're great for disposables...SO much better than 7th generation.
i have wanted to try gdiapers...love the covers- so cute!
