This is what she looks like standing next to my bed at night after having climbed out of her bed for the bazillionth time. She is so freaking cute. Good Lord almighty.
For the 4th we went to Carmel for the parade so we could see Mr. Stahl and the army reserve band. It was 101 degrees, not exaggerating, and man oh man did it feel like it. We were all a mess once it was over. Julia fell asleep in the car on the way home. And LUCAS took a NAP! See below? That's him all snuggled up next to me like he used to do. God I love that kid. And I love his Daddyman for hanging with wonder-red so he and I could nap!
